Did something happen to your bag? Our warranty might cover it! Please be advised you MUST attach pictures of damage as well as your receipt as of July 2018. Without a receipt, we cannot honor your warranty. Our warranty covers wear and tear damage, broken straps/zippers, etc–NOT cosmetic damage caused by modifications or…well, being dropped in the mud! As of January 15th, all damaged bags MUST be returned to us before you can receive your new one! Thank you for understanding!
