Did something happen to your bag? Our warranty might cover it! Please be advised you MUST attach pictures of damage as well as your receipt as of July 2018. Without a receipt, we cannot honor your warranty. Our warranty covers wear and tear damage, broken straps/zippers, etc–NOT cosmetic damage caused by modifications or…well, being dropped in the mud! Unsure? Contact us and we’ll see what we can do 🙂

As of January 15th, all damaged bags MUST be returned to us before you can receive your new one! Thank you for understanding!
