Did something happen to your bag? Our warranty might cover it! Please be advised you MUST attach pictures of damage as well as your receipt as of July 2018. Without a receipt, we cannot honor your warranty. Our warranty covers wear and tear damage, broken straps/zippers, etc–NOT cosmetic damage caused by modifications or…well, being dropped in the mud! Please be aware warranty claims can take up to 6-8 weeks to process online. You are also welcome to have your bag replaced at conventions we are attending. Thank you for understanding!
