Warranty


Did something happen to your bag? Our warranty might cover it! Please be advised you MUST attach pictures of damage as well as your receipt as of July 2018. Without a receipt, we cannot honor your warranty. Our warranty covers broken straps/zippers, etc, or in general, things that affect functionality–NOT wear and tear cosmetic damage caused by modifications or…well, being dropped in the mud! Unsure? Please be aware warranty claims can take up to 6-8 weeks to process online. You are also welcome to have your bag replaced at conventions we are attending. If you would like to have your bag replaced at a convention, you MUST contact us beforehand and have your request confirmed. Thank you for understanding!
